Miriam Alas, was inspired to get her career going because she wanted to help with performance, recovery, and overall wellness.

"Growing up I used to spend a lot of time with my grandfather and he was building and moving around being active as possible. It wasn't until his health declined when I saw the importance of holistic wellness. He was always on different medication and was still in absolute pain".

After his passing I knew then that I needed to get into something that will help others. As I was still in college I came across a massage therapy school and became hooked with the results I saw in myself and others. Being that I already was very much into personal fitness, I saw how my body reacted to the benefit of getting a massage.

I now work with many golfers and fitness fanatics in a private club and many of my clients say they feel a positive difference with themselves after the massage. Hearing that lets me know I am now down the right path in helping others.

Anna Pustkowska,
found her love for massage while practicing the sport of Karate. She was often sore after practicing and discovered for the first time that massage was the only thing that brought her body back into order after training. It was then she decided to become a massage therapist. In her hometown of Poland, she attended a professional school of massage and gained her first experience in this field. After moving to the USA, she continued her education and graduated from the Bonita Springs Massage School in Florida where she received further training and gained expanded experience in this field.

“It gives me great satisfaction when clients come to me for a massage and they tell me how relaxed and rejuvenated they feel after their session. Many clients feel that they can cope much better with stress after having a massage. Massage is a great way to take care of one’s health and studies have demonstrated the benefits of a massage treatment can reduce body and mental tension and dramatically reduce anxiety. I encourage everyone to try to escape the congestion of everyday life, and invite you to visit me for a healthy, beneficial massage session.”

Elena Banu, founded her practice with the focus on helping those with acute or chronic medical conditions/illnesses and the modalities that are shown to benefit these types of symptoms the most.

“My motivation to become a holistic massage therapist began when I was a child.  I witnessed the benefits that massage had on my mother who has epilepsy; massage was one of her main methods of preventing seizures.

I am truly passionate about what I do and therefore do not consider it work, it is part of who I am. I continue to further my education so that my clients will always be confident in receiving therapy from me and so that I am able to help as many types of people as possible.

"I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry!"
