Anna P,
found her love for massage while practicing the sport of Karate. She was often sore after practicing and discovered for the first time that massage was the only thing that brought her body back into order after training. ​It was then she decided to become a massage therapist. In her hometown of Poland, she attended a professional school of massage and gained her first experience in this field. After moving to the USA, she continued her education and graduated from the Bonita Springs Massage School in Florida where she received further training and gained expanded experience in this field.

​​​Elena B, LMT MA 90034, is highly passionate about health and wellness and founded her practice in part on helping people with acute or chronic medical conditions. She carefully studied and practiced techniques and have been shown to provide great relief and healing for a variety of the conditions that may plague and disrupt our daily lives.


​Elena's motivation to become a holistic massage therapist began when she was a child where she witnessed the benefits that massage had on her mother who had epilepsy; massage was on of her main methods of preventing seizures.


To this day Elena continuously furthers her vast knowledge of massage techniques by participating in ongoing  training and massage studies.


She is specialized in Deep Tissue Massage , Sport's Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Medical Massage.

Meeting with the Therapist before Massage:

We ask that you  arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to focus on you. When you arrive at Xcel Fitness Spa, you’ll fill out your personalized intake form to indicate any medical history, injuries, or physical conditions they should be aware of. Then the massage therapist will then go over your personalized intake form with your therapist and discuss the areas of your body you'd like to address. 


​Lets get Comfortable!

Your therapist will take you back to the massage room explain the procedures that will be performed then they will step out for a moment, allowing you to disrobe to your comfort level and lay onto a table underneath the top sheet and blanket. During your massage, your therapist will only uncover the areas of your body they’re working on.


​During your massage relaxation is KEY!
Before you start your massage you  can ask for either a full-body massage (for general relaxation) or a customized session focusing on specific parts of your body. Remember, your comfort matters. Feel free to talk with your therapist as much, or as little, as you wish. It’s important to relax your mind and muscles during your massage. Breathe normally and try not to tighten or contract your muscles. Communication is key with your therapist if you’d like to provide feedback on their pressure or techniques.


End of Massage: When your massage is complete, your therapist will wait outside while you dress. When you’re ready, they’ll return with you to the front and offer you a glass of water, it’s very  important to stay hydrated post-massage.

Our most popular therapy that uses increased pressure to relive chronic muscle tension

Hot Stone
A specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands or by  placing them on body while they massage other parts if the body

Pregnancy
Tailored specifically to the needs of moms to be this prenatal massage helps with relaxing tense muscles, easing sore spots, improving circulation and mobility

Swedish
The most common massage and is great for first time clients or for people that prefer a lighter touch

Reflexology(45 minutes)
A wellness therapy based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the idea that such work affects a physical change to the body

Focuses on healing, increased mobility, and providing enhanced function to an area of the body
