Kristen Bramhall developed her passion to become a fitness professional from her own personal journey to achieve the healthiest version of herself. Her path to losing weight and physical fitness helped build her self-confidence and started her mission to helping others. “It is not always about the final “goal,” but the lessons and experience gained from the steps of the journey”. Kristen loves to watch her clients build strength and gain confidence, thus helping them to achieve the road map to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Kristen got her start to becoming a fitness professional by teaching classes for “Boxing for Life” in Winter Haven, FL. This opportunity allowed her to instruct an after-school workout class to fellow teachers and colleagues which provided her the experience and ignited the passion to start to work with others. She then went on to obtain multiple certifications in Personal Training, Group Training and Nutrition which enriched her with the knowledge and experience necessary to become the top-notch trainer she is today.
“Building core strength and strong balance coupled with a balanced healthy diet is the basis of my training philosophy and the recipe for living a functional and fit life.”
